service

Selling bikes is only a small part of our business. We believe that customer service is equally as important as sales, which is why we are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your bike, whether it is old or new. We are a locally based family business that was passed through many generations, first selling cycles in 1904. It is because of our long history that we know exactly what you, the customer, want and need from us.

what you want

When you buy a new bike from us we fit all accessories purchased from us to the bike for free, including any bought within 12 months after having purchased the bike. So if you decide you need some mudguards or a rack after having bought the bike, come back to us and we will fit it free, all you pay for are the parts.

first service

Almost all our new bikes come with a FREE first service which we recommend you take within the first three months of ownership. We take the bike back in and check over the whole bike to ensure everything is adjusted and bedded in properly and functioning as it should. During weekdays we can arrange for the service to be carried out while you have a coffee nearby, please e-mail or call for details. Please note this service is available to personal callers only.

warranty

All the bikes we supply come with a manufactures warranty, the parts (excluding tyres and tubes) are normally 1 year and the frames are anything from 1 year up to life time warranties, to the original owner. Occasionally parts encounter problems when it shouldn't, we will replace the part from stock if at all possible, to get you mobile. Our aim is that you should keep on riding.
